Ready To Use Base Details:

• Hair conditioner  base are free from paraben,mpg,silicon,animal fat 
• pH value 5-6
• Light  and non greasy

Ingredients:

             cold pressed olive oil,e- wax,argan oil,cetyl alcohol,dmwater,glycerin,stearic acid, preservative

Shelf life: up to 6 months

Instructions:

         2% of essential/fragrance oil can be used to 500 gm base

         1% of actives/protines/provitamins can be added

Notice: 

     Please do a stability check by making a small batch because not all fragrance or essential oils or colours may not work well with  bases
