Toners Touch Terms and Conditions

  1. Once the full payment is done, Your order will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
  2. Once the order is placed. There is no chance of return or replacement or refund will be accepted.
  3. All the products are subjected to market availability.
  4. Price may vary from time to time due to volatile nature of products.
  5. Shipping charges and GST will be extra & calculated at the end of the payment.
  6. We take proper care of packing till dispatch. However we will not be responsible for any loss, breakage or leakage during transit.
  7. Though we try to keep our stock updated, some abrupt delay in receiving our supply might cause delay in shipping Your order .in such cases we will keep you informed with the informations provided during payment.
  8. If the product is out of stock after placing the order, we will intimate you once the stock is avalable & then we will deliver your order. Refund will be issued within 3 to 7 working days if the refund is raised by the customer only.
  9. Courier may get delayed during transit due to Local festivals/natural calamities/Covid Restrictions.
  10. Colour of product received may vary from that shown in website.
  11. Unpacking video is must if there is any complaint or damage in product .
  12. If there is any fault from our side, solution will be provided as soon as possible, If video is provided. If applicable refund will be issued.
  13. If weight of parcel is 2.05kg, it will be considered as 3kg and shipping will be charged for 3kg
  14. Customer call support will be provided during office hours (9am - 5pm). Calls recieved before or after the working hours will be answered as soon as possible

For Our Finished Product

For customized soaps
  1. Once an order is placed we need five weeks of curing time. After 5 weeks of curing your orders will be delivered. This is only applicable for cold processed soaps.

Pricing & Availability

  1. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
  2. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the "Total Cost".

Returns

  1. Only accepted for wrong/ deffective items delivered.
